Job Detail Job title:Sales Manager/ Human Relation - Da Nang Branch Job description: Job Purpose: To assist the Branch Manager in administration and management of the Branch and to follow Commercial / Marketing activity by developing large, medium and small size project in Contracting, Developing maintenance activities and secure contract including assistance on Human resource and Human relation. A. Operations • Lobbying, Prospecting and establishing contact with current and new customers in coordination with the Branch Manager. • Follow up with existing customers upon Director’s request • Detect customer needs and prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the Design Department/Services Department • Resolving /negotiating features and benefits, and overcome objectives • Closing sales • Commercial follow-up during project execution • Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship with customers • Deal with customer services • Provide weekly activity reports to the Division’s Director • Assist in sales forecasting activities with the Division’s Director and/or Branch Manager • Collect information from employees (Human Relations) and participate to any interview for new staffs’ recruitment. • Take action in coordination with the Branch Manager on Human Relation to solve conflicts • Prepare a Human relation plan and strategy for the branch in relation with HR department in Hanoi ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees. B. Financial • Plan periodically financial objectives, future profitability of the operations department. C. Marketing • Maintain commercial contacts with all main clients and new potential clients. • Ensure that the Company is effectively presented to customers and its market. D. Planning • Work with the Division manager to ensure adequate planning for the division/company’s future. • Provide proper management by communicating well, maintaining good business relationships and representing the company in a positive light. E. Skills • Administrative skills. • Good interpersonal skill. • Good knowledge with MS Office. • Knowledge on technical, electrical and Mechanical sector • At least Eight years of relevant experience • Ability to work in a team as leadership, to take decision and evaluate priority, respect engagement, be devote to his job and defend the interest of the company. • Have negotiation skill. • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience. • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license within 60 days of employment • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel. • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English. F. General • To perform other task assigned by Division Manager and /or Branch Manager and/or direct supervisor • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires significant local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
